1. Service Agreement

Our company provides shipment handling, transportation, and logistics services based on the information provided by the customer. All shipment details including addresses, item weight, and category must be accurate and verifiable.

2. Shipment Tracking

Customers can track shipments using the provided AWB number. Tracking data is updated periodically, and delays may occur due to weather, customs, or operational challenges.

3. Payment & Billing

Payments must be made before shipment dispatch unless otherwise agreed. All charges, including duty fees, customs clearance, and transportation costs, are non-refundable once the shipment has been processed.

4. Liability & Loss

We take every measure to ensure safe delivery. However, our liability is limited to the declared shipment value. Items not properly packed or restricted goods are not eligible for claims or refunds.

5. Restricted Items

Hazardous items, illegal goods, explosives, and restricted materials are strictly prohibited. Any violation may lead to cancellation, penalties, or legal action.

6. Cancellation Policy

Shipments can be cancelled only before pickup or processing. Once dispatched, no cancellations or changes are allowed.

7. Changes to Terms

Logestic reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review them regularly.
